Another great performance from Team Turkey led them to victory in the 2024 PUBG Mobile World Esports Championship hosted by the International Esports Federation (IESF). Since Day 1, the team maintained a great performance along with Ukraine and Brazil but managed to get ahead quickly leaving everyone chasing.

The final day of the tournament saw the team finish in the top five of the first two matches and further raise the gap between them and Ukraine with a second spot following a massive chicken dinner. This was enough to seal the deal for Team Turkey, as they managed to become the only team to reach over 200 points.

Ukraine also started out great, securing an opening chicken dinner, however, that was it for the team as they struggled to catch up. Another team that made a good recovery was Brazil and while the team finished miles away from the champions, it was enough to land them back in the third spot after the blunder in PUBG Mobile WE Championship Day 2.

Team Turkey also features the complete roster of Fire Flux Esports and unlike most teams with mixed rosters, the synergy between them could be one of the biggest factors leading to their victory. Although few other teams like Myanmar, Indonesia and Ukraine also had team rosters which explains why they were among the top five teams. The winners also secured $40,000 while the runners-ups took home $24,000, $14,000 and $7,000.
