Every gamer across India know that ScoutOP and Soul Mortal have the biggest rivalry, not only in BGMI but also across all games. In an exclusive interview with TV host Siddharth Kannan, ScoutOP also confirmed that the rivalry that started during early PUBG Mobile days and is still going on.

ScoutOP believes that it is not only the biggest rivalry but possibly the first-ever rivalry in the Indian Esports scene. What started with a single game now spans across all only games they play. However, Scout believes that it is one of the best things that happened to him and helped him grow as a gamer and strive to be better.

“I’m Happy. This is my best rivalry because whichever game I play and no matter how good I get, I know there is someone that can play on the same level as me,” ScoutOP said. “If a new game released tomorrow, I am confident we both can perform really well in that game real quick,” he added.

Mutual respect among biggest esports influencers in India

Speaking about their past controversy, he addressed them as himself being hot-blooded in his youth. Kannan asked if the cussing was from both sides, to which ScoutOP replied ‘no’. He revealed that Mortal is a very humble guy in nature, contrary to him. While the feeling of anger might have been the same, both expressed it very differently.

Mortal also recently secured the second spot in Esports Personality of the Year at the Esports Award among international players. If this is not enough to tell how popular and humble person he is, then nothing will.

There is no doubt that both ScoutOP and Soul Mortal are the biggest names in the Indian gaming industry. While the rivalry stands, all the controversies are in the past and the players have mutual respect for each other in gaming.
