With the conclusion of Group Stages, six players have now moved into the Resurrection Stage of FC24 Esports World Cup. The first game saw Emre Yilmaz say goodbye to the event after a close game against Manu Bachoore, who managed to clinch the game with a lead of one goal after securing back to back goals.

The match started with Emre Yilmaz in the lead before Manu Bachoore started a chase and even take over the situation to keep the game competitive. The first half was a cat and mouse chase between the two players, with Manu Bachoore keeping the lead in the first half.

However, it wasn’t long before Emre Yilmaz also gave his all to overtake his opponent, sending Manu Bachoore in a tough spot. With the match coming to an end, it was a do-or-die situation and Bachoore delivered with two back to back goals and even successfully defended the game in order to move into the Upper Bracket Semifinals where he will now face Bonanno.

AbuMakkah takes down Nathansr99

Going parallel to the Resurrection Stage, AbuMakkah and Nathansr99 also saw a close game, which isn’t a surprise as each player is now giving their best in order to reach the Playoffs as one player from the upper bracket and another from the lower will secure a spot.

AbuMakkah have managed to best his opponent and moved on to the Upper Bracket Semifinals. The match ended with 4-3 scoreline with AbuMakkah displaying his mettle. However, the trip isn’t finished yet, as he still has a long way to go before reaching finals. His next match is set against Web Nasri.
