A recent reaction challenge by Red Bull Gaming is going viral due to an unexpected collaboration between a pro gamer/former Counter Strike (CS) major winner Tarik and popular Formula 1 (F1) driver. Both players competed in a series of physical and in-game reaction challenges, and the results surprise the fans.
Yuki built up a great lead in the reaction test, showing off how fast F1 drivers need to act as the reaction window comes down to a matter of few milliseconds. The Click test saw a close reaction time better both pros, but Yuki was slightly faster.
Catching the falling ruler and Tennis balls, however, saw Yuki take down Tarik by a landslide. While Tarik’s initial best was 23cm in ruler catching, Yuki caught the scale at 4cm. Tarik did manage to bring down his score to 6cm in a few tries but did not manage to bet Yuki.

If F1 ends up falling through, then Yuki always has a career in CS.

However, when it came to video games, Tarik managed to defeat Yuki in Valorant, which isn’t unexpected. Both are pros in their respective fields, and Tarik has been playing video games for a long time and naturally have more knowledge for utilizing his reaction skills.
