Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) started out as a Battle Royale game but over the years, the developers have added various new game modes in order to prove to the audience different gameplay choices. Alongside that, they also introduced characters with special abilities similar to other games, although these abilities are only allowed in certain modes like EvoGround.

There are various useful characters with different abilities that can come in a clutch situation or help to achieve that sweet victory if used correctly. Not just that, each character also has its own features including voice lines and emotes.

5. Andy

Andy is a firearms expert in BGMI giving players an edge over holstering and swapping weapons. This can come in clutch across various situations like a sudden ambush or even in a general 1v1 fight. Anna was introduced as a regular character in BGMI meaning she does not have any special abilities but provides various unique emotes and outfits to level up. Players who want a challenge in the Evogrounds can use Anna to test how they do against others with an advantage.

Sara was the first female special character and brought a very useful ability, that is to reinforce Vehicles. Victor is the first character players come across, as he is the tutorial character that can be obtained for free early on. He is described as a hardcore submachine gun geek and, as the name suggests, players get a buff to all types of submachine guns. He serves as a great character for the entry fraggers and players who like to engage in a close-quarter combats.

Acting as a bounty hunter, Carlo is a nimble character that gains reduced fall damage, which is great in making flanks that seem impossible for average characters. However, this does come with a drawback and can also backfire heavily as the players do get damage and if an opponent is present in the area, players stand at a disadvantage of lower HP risking losing the fight.

Apart from the abilities, each character has various other rewards that can be obtained simply by levelling up. The character, although, in order to obtain the characters players either need to spend UC or collect enough character shards. Of course, the fastest way to get characters may be paying UC, but dedicated players can get those available with shards.
