‘They gon add him in da game’ - Fans react to Kai Cenat getting a DM from GTA 6 devs

Kai Cenat and his fans left in shock after Rockstar Games contacted the Twitch streamer for a meet at TwitchCon and the streamer missed the chance after not reading DMs.

Popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat was contacted by Rockstar Games, the developers of GTA 6. In a private DM, Rockstar expressed their interest in meeting with the streamer during the recent TwitchCon. Kai and his viewers could not believe that he was contacted by Rockstar Games, and he did not check DMs.

“Hey Kai, We wanted to let you know that a few of us from the Rockstar Community Team will be visiting TwitchCon 2024 in San Diego this week, September 20-22. We enjoyed watching your playthrough of Red Dead Redemption 2 and would love to introduce ourselves. If you’re planning to be at the event, please let us know," Rockstar wrote.

His reaction after realizing he missed an opportunity was hilarious. Kai is popular for streaming video game marathons and has covered several popular games like Elden Ring, Sekiro, Minecraft, RDR 2 and more. He attracts a large audience and is undoubtedly one of the biggest streamers on Twitch.

Is GTA 6 adding a Kai Cenat cameo?

He said that since he was in the middle of another game marathon, he did not attend the TwitchCon, but was interested in meeting them and asked for a possibility of rescheduling. The team at Rockstar said they could meet when they return from the event and also asked him for his team contact to link up early.

While the specifics remain unknown, everyone is convinced it is most likely that GTA 6 and Kai might be getting a part. The trailer for GTA 6 revealed multiple real-world references in the game added by Rockstar, and fans believe that Kai is also getting a cameo.
