Team Tamilas and Mastermind Mavericks become first teams to enter BGIS 2025 semifinals

Following an incredible performance on the first day of Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2025 Quarterfinals, Team Tamilas along with Mastermind Mavericks has become the first team stepping into the BGIS 2025 semifinals. Both teams have shown a consistent performance among some of the top BGMI teams like Revenant XSpark and GodLike.

Mastermind Mavericks started after Team Tamils were caught up really fast and raked in finishers and position points to reach the top with 64 points. Team Tamilas currently sits at two chicken dinners, but remains a few points shy in the second spot at 61 points.

To give an idea of how far along the teams are on the leaderboard, NRI Esports who is on the third spot is currently at 44 points. Popular teams like Orangutan, Revenant XSpark, and GodLike Esports are only halfway to the finish line revealing how fierce the competition to reach BGIS semifinals is.

There are still more matches to go and things can take a turn real quick in favour of others. However, both Team Tamilas and Mastermind Mavericks have secured enough points to head into the semis without any issues.

Speaking of qualifying teams, Team 4HK from Group B has also displayed the potential to become one of the first teams from their group to qualify for the semis. It remains to be seen if they will be able to put up a similar performance as Day 1 of the BGIS 2025 quarterfinals.
