iQOO have now announced partnership with not two or three, but five more BGMI esports teams, including top names like Revenant XSpark and 8Bit. Alongside the announcement, there was also a jersey reveal for the teams that boasted similar vibes as iQOO Soul but with each teams’ own colours.
The organisation that will now take on the name of iQOO are Reckoning Esports, Revenant XSpark, 8Bit, Team Tamilas and Orangutan Gaming. Soul is already a part of iQOO so in total, BGMI fans will now see six teams donning new jerseys. Along with that, 8Bit has also secured three out of the five naming rights agreements.
“We are incredibly grateful to iQOO for placing their trust in us to represent three of their five teams, and we are happy to support their gaming and esports initiatives. This is a moment of great pride for Indian gaming, and we are excited to see iQOO’s continued contribution to growing the esports landscape in India,” said Founder and CEO of 8Bit Creatives, Animesh Agarwal.
The involvement of iQOO will likely help organisation to further sustain themselves, which had been a huge issue in the Esports industry. This also acts as 8Bit’s initiative for further expansion and integration into the esports Ecosystem. Most recently, Soul Esports received the Content Group of the Year award for the third time in a row.

Is Owais joining 8Bit?
During the announcement, fans also noticed something interesting. An image of Mohammed “Owais” Lakhani was also displayed wearing the 8Bit jersey. This has started another speculation that an announcement of Owais joining 8Bit might also be in Horizon.
At the moment, fans are quite confused with his appearance. 8Bit recently made big changes in their BGMI roster and Owais might also be a joining the team. For now, fans will have to wait and see.
