‘Straight to the woodchipper’ - Minecraft community in horror after witnessing realistic model of Steve

Minecraft fans are now horrified after someone posted a modified character model for Minecraft Steve with realistic body measurements. The reaction from fans was nothing short of disgust as they asked the creator to burn down the PC it was made on, and for a good reason. The character mode looks uncanny and will take time to get used to.

The original Minecraft Steve is a block of multiple chunks, he is originally a bit bulky and fits the environment he is created for. So do the other plants, items and entities inside the game. However, the mode features more details on the character while also making him lean and a bit taller.

“Do you know on what hard drive this model is stored on? If so, take it out of the pc, destroy it with a hammer, burn the remains, melt them into a ball, then rent a boat, go to point nemo and cast it to the abyss. The last thing to do is pray it doesn't find its way back to your PC,” one of the user said.

Some users are ready to try new Minecraft Steve

Minecraft provides a vast among of modding options, which is the bread and butter of the game, besides the cosy gameplay and intense speed-runs. As expected, there are a lot of players who are into creating some wacky things inside the game. An old creepypasta or Steve’s alter ego, Herobrine also gave birth to urban legend and many mods.

As expected, despite many players expressing their dislike for the character mode, many were ready to use it inside the game. “This is disgusting, and I really want to use it,” one user commented while another user said, “People are clowning on this, but I think it looks cool. Don’t be discouraged. Keep working on it. I’d love to see some animations of walk cycle and things like that”.
