One of the biggest tournament organizers in India, Skyesports, has now announced The Finals League where 10 teams will compete with each other for a prize pool reaching over Rs 8 lakh ($10,000). However, the Skyesports Finals League isn’t your average tournament where 10 random teams will go against each other, instead, each team will represent a state.
Skyesports also announced a player auction system, which will be done by the team captains in order to create a winning recipe. The team captains in talk here are some of the biggest streamers in India. These include, including Tanmay ‘Scout’ Singh, Abhijeet ‘GHATAK’ Andhare, Naman ‘Mortal’ Mathur and many more as part of the tournament.

“We are bringing back our league format once again with THE FINALS League and this time, a player auction has also been planned to add an extra layer of excitement… It’s now time for the city-vs-city THE FINALS League, where players can root not only for their favourite gamers but also their local cities and states,” CEO of Skyesports, Shiva Nandy, said talking about the auction.

The entire schedule and dates will be revealed after a player auction concludes, but the event will be taking place sometime in September. Fans will get to see some of the biggest streamers go against each other’s team across some intense matches.
Prior to this, Skyesports also hosted The Finals Showdown, where some of the biggest content creators clashed with each other. The Finals League feels like an extension of that but on a much larger scale. Matches will be broadcast on the Skyesports YouTube channel once the schedule is out.
