Oblivion hits the 4 million mark on Steam, and many players actually buying the game

The new Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion remastered has now hit a 4 million mark on Steam, as many gamers play the game to experience the nostalgic memories.

The remastered version of Oblivion has officially hit the 4 million mark on Steam, with many players actually buying the game. Bethesda celebrated the achievement of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, which turned the fantasy of the  RPG fans.  This has now become one of the top-selling games on Steam, and many gamers are actually buying the game to play. Nobody expected the remastered version of the game to have this stunning success even after many years since its initial release.

But its numbers are not promising for the game on the Xbox console, as the Game Pass data showed less interest compared with the PC. It is now the fourth-highest-paid game on Steam. It is on the top sellers list and very soon it could become the best-selling if the trend continues.

About Oblivion remastered edition

This is a classic 2006 RPG game that claimed the hearts of many video gamers in the past. It is a nostalgic memory for many, and that is the big reason they are really buying the game online. It is a multiplatform game and is available on PS5, Xbox and PC. 

They are offering two editions; the standard edition costs $49.99, and the deluxe edition, which includes armour sets, a digital art book and a soundtrack app, will cost $59.99. The new remastered edition will feature a new visual, modernised gameplay, enhanced audio and expanded content.

As a time when many people call for boycotting Microsoft products like Xbox and Windows due to their partnership with the Israeli military for AI technology. The American technology company provides the technology for Israel to bomb the Gaza Strip using AI. Microsoft has been a long-standing partner for Israel in military technology. Though this game is a childhood favourite for many gamers, they wish they could play it on PC rather than playing it on Xbox consoles.
