Faker secures his 5th LoL World Championship

With another back-to-back win and defending their championship title, Faker has now made history by securing his 5th LoL World Championship. Not only that, he has not played for any team apart from T1, meaning all the championships were secured on the same team

There is a reason why he is called the best League of Legends player. Not only did Faker secure the championship, but he also nabbed the tournament MVP while also securing his 500th kill of the tournament. The match itself was one of the most intense games in the tournament, with none of the teams ready to give up.

Bilibili Gaming started off strong, aiming to get even for the previous defeat in the Swiss Stage, securing the first match. T1 equalized the score in the following game. The same thing happened in the following two rounds, leading to a 2-2 score and one match to take one of the teams towards victory. The final match saw T1 clinch victory while also denying Bilibili Gaming their first-ever World Championship.
