Gods Reign have now secured their first chicken dinner of the BGMI Master Series, Day 3, and that too in their last game of the Opening Week. With this victory, the team secured their ticket into the League Week alongside other veterans.

The third day saw a bit of passive gameplay from veterans, as the ones aiming to collect as many points as possible had already played their part. Teams like 8bit and Team XSpark have already concluded their matches, allowing the remaining teams some space to breathe.

However, underdogs like Raven Esports and a few others were still hungry to climb the leaderboards. Following the Stage 1 circle, the game was relatively calm, with teams only engaging in fights if necessary. Stage 5 zone saw a total of 10 teams aiming for the top spot.

Oneblade, who secured a chicken dinner on Day 2 final game took out Team Limra. Unfortunately, the team was caught in the open by Team Soul. As the final circle closed in, Gods Reign who were at an advantage bagged an easy victory against Reckoning Esports and secured a spot in the top five teams.

Team Soul comeback?

Slowly but surely, Team Soul seems to be coming back to their previous form. The team played smart, raking kills one by one and managed to secure 12 finishes and the third spot, bringing the team back in action. While a spot in the League Week is imminent, the team have one more match to go.

Like the cheer of all fans, Team Soul also swooped away the MVP thanks to Nakul securing four finishes, contributing to a total of 33% of team finishes. However, Rony was also close behind in the MVP race with three finishes. Fans are hoping to see a similar performance in the final game of BGMS Opening Week.
