Rushindra Sinha praises Dynamo Gaming

Aaditya “Dynamo” Sawant popularly known as Dynamo Gaming is one of the most popular gaming content creators who popularized the phrase ‘Patt se headshot’ in BGMI. Most recently, his BGMI roster, Hydra Esports, was recently let go in May. Global Esports founder, Rushindra Sinha, recently responded to his move of leaving esports.

“That was smart of him,” Sinha said. “He was earning X amount of money and willing to spend a part of it in esports. When Esports became a bigger burden, he stopped to invest any amount, which is a smart thing,” he further added.

He told his fans that if people who are not earning are willing to burn their money, then there is no problem with people earning and not willing to waste. This came on during his livestream. Global Esports recently let go of their BGMI roster and also announced that they are temporarily suspending their esports operations in the scene.

Sinha explained that there are several reasons why the org made this decision. One important reason was the unstable ecosystem and how financially brutal the esports industry actually is, and he would rather spend this money on improving the esports scene on a grassroots level.

New BGMI players also cited as part of the problem

Rushindra Sinha also talked about Slug, a former player for Global Esports who found himself under criticism for a viral video. Talking about the video, Sinha said that this was also another reason why they are not in the competitive BGMI scene any more.

He further revealed one of the reasons for the industry being unstable as he told fans that tier-one teams nowadays have an average salary between 1–2 lakh, which he admitted should not be. This was also revealed by Owais previously, who revealed some players are struggling while others are demanding six-digit salaries.
