Out of 16 qualified, eight teams have now made their way into the Fortnite Esports World Cup Playoffs and will be competing for the $400,000 grand prize, and despite being rather experimental in ways, the tournament has been a huge success with its new format giving the game a fresh look.
XSET displayed some dominating performance and qualified for the Playoffs without dropping a single game. On the other hand, Karmine Corp and Heroic also had a great run as they also had an almost flawless run with Karmine Corp only dropping a single game.
Heroic and Exceed faced close losses across two games, but still managed to secure both of their games to dominate the group stages. However, competition will likely be tough moving forward.
Here are all the team qualified for Playoffs

Team Falcons
Exceed
Gaimin Gladiators
Karmine Corp

Matches will be played in a single elimination bracket, so no more second chances for anyone, however, the games will be played as best-of-seven giving each team plenty of chance to show a dominating game play or a huge comeback.

Rather than traditional Battle Royale, the event features custom maps and arena shooter style gameplay across different game modes. Games are played across Chalet, Panther and Taverna Zoni with game modes being Hardpoint, Capture The Flag and Keeper.
Hardpoint and Capture The Flag are some of the most popular game modes, while Keeper is a modified king of the hill game mode where teams will need to capture a key spawning randomly across the map. The team with the highest capture time will be the winner.
