A Rockstar Games employee is reportedly selling GTA 6 themed sweater. Where did the merch come from? A few days ago, several developments from Rockstar shared holiday gifts which included a sweater with the company logo. What’s notable was the logo had a Vice City theme, which isn’t available to regular people.
Naturally, hardcore fans started bigging for the limited edition sweater. As revealed by @videotechuk_ on X, within hours of being listed, the bidding amount reached well over £1,000 or over ₹1 lakh. Many people are shocked to see people ready to pay this much for a simple colour theme on a clothing that can be bought for much less.
Some even argued that people can even make one themselves and don’t have to spend this much amount. However, the dedication of GTA 6 community should not be underestimated, as this is the same piece of clothing that started the recent speculation of a new trailer releasing on December 27.
Of course, Rockstar Games were just messing around with the community. As people were waiting for news on the game, the devs simply dropped information regarding the ongoing Holiday sale, leaving the community hanging once again.

While it was shocking to see people ready to pay an enormous amount of money for the merchandise, many argued that this might be Rockstar testing to see the popularity of the merchandise and how much people are willing to pay.
When people are ready to pay $500 for Faker signature skin in League of Legends, it’s hard not to believe something like limited edition GTA 6 merchandise will not attract similar attention, perhaps even more. Here’s how the community reacted to the listing.
