Elon Musk considering to buy Hasbro

Elon Musk may have hinted about the acquisition of Hasbro, a major player in the entertainment industry, in a recent tweet. Musk revealed his plans to establish an AI gaming studio a few days prior, and if he is successful, a Hasbro acquisition would give him ownership of well-known properties like Magic: The Gathering, Transformers, and Dungeons & Dragons. 

Elon Musk's fondness for video games is well known, despite the fact that he holds prominent positions at SpaceX, Tesla, Twitter, and eventually the US government. With an astounding 19th place ranking, Musk is among the top-ranked Diablo 4 gamers globally, according to information released earlier this month.

Additionally, Elon Musk occasionally uses Twitter to discuss recent advancements in the video game business. Some of Musk's views also cause controversy, such as his claim that "DEI kills art" in reference to Ubisoft's next Assassin's Creed game, Shadows. Musk has recently been more outspoken on Twitter about his disapproval of the video game industry, even going so far as to say that he would like to launch an AI game studio in order to "make games great again."

Elon Musk will get control of D&D 

Given that Musk has been talking about D&D for the past week, the specific reference to Hasbro is also not surprising. Musk took issue with comments made by Jason Tondro, the product lead for Dungeons & Dragons, in the 40th anniversary book "Making of D&D" on November 22. It's also important to remember that Musk posed a similar query on Twitter's worth in 2017, and now, seven years later, he owns the company.

The outcome of Musk's possible ambitions to acquire Hasbro is still unknown, but if he succeeds, the billionaire will get control of D&D in addition to other well-known IPs like Transformers, Monopoly, Magic: The Gathering, Axis and Allies, and My Little Pony.
