Three years after its initial release, Elden Ring is finally coming to Nintendo Switch 2 this year. The game will arrive once the Nintendo console is launched in June. The game will be having a tarnished edition, and it also includes Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Like other platforms, it will also include a new armour, a torrent appearance customisation feature. Previously, Dark Souls Remastered was the only game released on the original Switch from the Soulsborne games. No other games were available on the original console.

Elden Ring is coming to Nintendo Switch 2
Elden ring was released on PC, PS5, PS4, XBOX series X/S, and XBOX One three years ago. Only last year, Shadow of the Erdtree was released on Switch. Till 2024, Elden Ring had sold 28.6 million units globally across many gaming platforms. The DLC expansion also helped with the sales boost and is expected to take a boom after the Nintendo Switch 2 console release in June. The Nintendo is the most sold device currently in gaming with more than 100 million units.
It is more than Play Station 4, 5 and XBOX series all together. The new Nintendo Switch prices have been recently revealed, and it will cost around $ 449 only for the console and with the Mario Kart Bundle pack, it will cost around $ 499. Apart from Elden Ring: Tarnished, Cyber Punk 2077 and Final Fantasy 7 remake will also find their way onto the Nintendo Switch 2 very soon. These games are high graphic and performance demanding.
So we think the Switch 2 will be the absolute best from Nintendo and will be a 10th generation console. The new Elden Ring: Tarnished features will also be coming to other consoles. The Tarnished edition consists of the original Elden Ring, Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, new armour and many customisation options for Torrent's appearance in the game.
