The grand finals will be taking place in Delhi from February 5 to 9 with winners from each phase converging for a one-last battle at LAN event during WAVES 2025. India pushing for global reach in esports.

While ESFI plays a big part in the Indian Esports industry, there are others with similar aims and oftentimes, they seem working alongside each other. Most recently, Skillhub Online Games Federation (SOGF) joined hands with the Global Esports Federation and the International Esports Federation (IESF).

With the Global Esports Federation, SOGF aims to popularize esports and competitive gaming and integrate Indian esports with the international ecosystem. Partnering with IESF, India will finally host international events for the first time and also have full support from the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports.

The director of ESFI, Lokesh Suji, is also a committee member of IESF. All these eventually circle back together to further improve the Indian esports scene as a whole, providing more motivation to the audience and providing them more chances to compete at a higher level.
