Clash of Clans World Championship 2024: All you need to know

Following a long run of over 6 months, six teams have finally made it into the Clash of Clans World Championship 2024. Set to commence on November 1, the tournament features a prize pool of $1 million. While the prize pool for the tournament remains the same, the number of competing teams has reduced this year.

The champions for Clash of Clans Worlds 2024 will be taking home $300,000 with the runner-up team will take home $150,000 same as last year. Teams in third and fourth spot will receive $90,000, previously the second runner ups secured $100,000.

The qualifier for Clash of Clans works a bit different, with teams making their way to the grand finals via the month qualifiers. These monthly qualifiers teams are selected through in-game ladder points, and teams that fail to make it in one month can try another time. This gives the team multiple chances to qualify.

Synchronic Gaming (April Monthly Qualifier)
Natus Vincere (July Monthly Qualifier)
M.T.F.Y (China Regional Qualifier)

Group B

STMN Esports (May Monthly Qualifier)
Millesime MG (June Monthly Qualifier)
Tribe Gaming (Last Chance Qualifier)

Two Indian Clash of Clans esports teams, Macros Gaming and Vista Ridge also manage to make it into the June and July monthly qualifiers, however, they were not able to make it into the world championship. China already have a regional slot as the teams do not compete in the global qualifiers. Teams finishing second in any qualifier move to the last chance qualifiers.

The group stage matches will be played in a round-robin format, with the top two teams from each group moving into the Final Stage. From here, the teams will fight in a single elimination bracket to try and secure the championship trophy
