Carnival Gaming takes the lead in the third match with a slick win that was almost anticlimactic if not for an amazing performance they displayed throughout the third game of BGMS Playoffs Day 1. With 10 finisher points and a chicken dinner, the team made a jump to the fourth spot, replacing Team Soul.

What’s even more mazing is that all the finisher points for Carnival Gaming came after the Powerplay ended, meaning the team was already to take a few risks to make it big and were rewarded equally. The final circle handed them an easy win, however, it was not all luck.

Team Soul and GodLike Esports were locked in an intense close range battle and Soul managed to pick an upper hand. With two players from GodLike downed, Carnival Gaming made their move and entered the fight for a third party encounter but with only two players, Goblin and Spower, leaving the other two behind for long range cover.

Both the close quarter team and long range did an amazing job to engaged their opponents from both sides, leaving Soul and GodLike in a tough situation that they did not recover from, leading to an easy victory for Carnival Gaming.

Past matches save WSB Gaming’s crown

WSB Gaming saw a roadblock in the third match of BGMS Playoffs and only managed to secure four points. Despite that, the team still reigns on top thanks to their past performance in match 1 and 2. This goes on to show how important each match can be.

Orangutan was also among the first teams to return to the lobby, however, the team did not go out without a fight and managed to secure five finishers. All the finishers were acquired during Powerplay so the team at least had 10 points. However, OG is watching a downward spiral after a decent first game and is now sitting at seventh spot after the third match.
