Call of Duty players are up for a good time as the Double XP event is making a return for Black Ops 6 and Warzone. The new event is set to begin on December 24 and while the official announcement is yet to be made the banner is already up in the game alongside Archie's Festival Frenzy event.

Apart from the Holiday season, there is another reason why the new Double XP event for Black Ops 6 came so early. The previous event saw many claims that the XP rewarded was bugged. While there were no statement from Activision, these type of issues have occurred previously.

Not only events, but the return of legacy tokens also made the OG Call of Duty players were also quite happy. While there was some drama in the beginning with Activision adding the tokens via a bug then removing them only to receive community backlash and making them permanent, the last few months have been a ride.
Players have also been complaining about the cheating problem in the game for quite some time, but the frequency of reports have been very high in the last few days. Console players are now asking the developers to disable the crossplay.
