The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collab in Call of Duty Warzone and Black Ops 6 had the fans hyped. However, that hype is going down the drain after the collab prices were revealed. Turns out players will need to purchase each of the turtle brothers separately. While it may be fine if the players have one favorite, but those who are aiming for it all will need to pay a good amount.

Each turtle from the TMNT collab costs 2400 COD points costing around $20. Four times that’s $80 which is more than the cost of a AAA game. There is also an event pass similar to Fortnite that costs an additional $10 for the premium track which unlocks Master Splinter.

Adding a few more to the $90 price will put the cost in the ballpark of the expected GTA 6 price which is releasing this year. Players who are hoping for a package at a lower price will also be sad to hear that there is no bundle containing all the turtles as per the report.

Fans call out Activision over insane collab prices

The reaction from the community was not good. While the collab was meant to distract people from the ongoing issues with the game, it has added fuel to the fire with people calling out Activision for their greedy practices. Here’s how the fans reacted:

People comparing Call of Duty to Fortnite

Since Activision is taking Warzone and Black Ops 6 down the Fortnite route, it is fair that fans draw comparisons across both games. One pointed out that Fortnite bundles cost way less and provide better rewards. This is on top of the fact that Fortnite is free to play while Balck Ops 6 costs $70 for the base game. The microtransaction simply adds up to the game cost.
