Call of Duty is joining John Wick for a new spin-off

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is now collaborating with Anna de Armas, starring upcoming movie ‘From the World of John Wick: Ballerina’. As the game is about to enter its fourth season, the developers thought of gaining some more attention, and that is why they are now partnering with the John Wick movie franchise. 

John Wick has been one of the most popular action films, with Keanu Reeves has been the lead actor for the past decade. There was also a Peacock spinoff series, ‘The Continental’ was released in 2023, and now there is a new spin-off film, ‘From the World of John Wick: Ballerina’ will hit the big screens on June 6.

It is one of the most anticipated movies of this year, alongside Jurassic World Rebirth and Marvel’s The Fantastic Four: First Steps. It is predicted to break all the box office records this year. The hype is entering the gaming world, and Ballerina will feature in the Call of Duty game.

John Wick in COD Black Ops 6

Anna De Armas' character in the John Wick movie, Eve Macarro, will now become a playable character in Black Ops 6 as part of the season 4 on May 29. The character will have a sparkling red dress, which she wears in the movie trailer. Other information regarding the release date and game bundle remains a mystery.

Last year, Dune: Part Two characters Paul Atreides and Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen featured in Modern Warfare 3. Reeves' character, John Wick, won't feature in the game as it is solely focused on Anna de Armas' character. It is expected to be released on May 29 ahead of the movie's release on June 6. As the gaming industry is becoming big, many movie franchises and celebrities are collaborating with the developers for promotion and popularity. Call of Duty is one of the biggest action games ever released, and by collaborating with the new Ballerina movie can reach more audiences.
