Alongside the regular event, the organizers have also added a few changes to the matches at BGIS Season 3. These changes are made to encourage teams to take more firefights and ultimately elevate the boring early-game experience. Here are the new changes by Nodwin Gaming.

Powerplay

To let teams take risks, Nodwin has now introduced a powerplay that will allow teams to score double points before the first zone of each map. This modifier will be enabled throughout the tournament and will encourage early-game fights.

Bounty

During the League Week, the top 4 teams will get a bounty on their head. Eliminating those teams will give others 10 extra points. This can be a huge game changer as some will have to play passively while others will play aggressively. The bounties will change depending on the top 4 teams after each match.

Impact Player

This modifier will see teams bet everything on a single player. Team IGL will choose a player from the team on a random draw who will play the role of Impact Player. The matches will be played normally, however, the finishers from the Impact Player will be doubled. This means that teams will have to protect their impact player while letting them finish opponents.
