Ubisoft, one of the world’s leading game developers, and has unofficially said that they are working on a new kind of Rainbow Six Siege game, which will be very different to the current version. This new game will be turn-based, so players will rely on their own skills rather than following the storyline.
Many insights suggest that this game will be quite similar to games like Diablo and XCOM. Rainbow Six Siege is one of the best works from Ubisoft, but in recent years, the gameplay has faced criticism for the same storyline and similar gameplay. The gaming experience is also not that great as recently there are more number of hackers and cheaters playing the game.
Turn-based Six Siege
The game will still be about saving the hostages and lighting up the enemy camps. The new turn-based element which has been added, the missions will be very different, and players will have to sharpen their gaming skills rather than rely on the gameplay assists. This game will be around 25 to 30 hours, so it will not be a time killer like Rainbow Six Siege. Sources asked us to look at the gameplay of XCOM to get an idea about the upcoming Rainbow Six Siege game. It will be an updated version of the cinematic cutscenes and many more.
The development will take one or two years to be completed, and then we will have our views about the new version. There is also another Rainbow Six Siege Mobile, which is under development and will launch this year. Ubisoft has yet to land its feet on Mobile gaming like other platforms.
The mobile version of the Rainbow Six Siege will go head to head against the big giants like PUBG and Call of Duty Mobile. Ubisoft is working on improving the graphics and esports gameplay, similar to its rivals. Tom Clancy’s is one of the popular gaming franchises that comes under the tactical shooting category.
