Virat Kohli was visibly frustrated in the RCB vs DC game at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. He didn’t look happy with some of the captaincy decisions made by the RCB skipper Rajat Patidar when RCB were struggling while defending their target in the second innings.
Meanwhile, the cameras happened to catch Kohli in an animated conversation with RCB’s batting coach, Dinesh Karthik, near the boundary line during the 16th over. This conversation between Dinesh Karthik and Virat Kohli also sparked speculations that the latter was not happy with the field placements and the utilization of bowlers executed by Rajat Patidar.
The video of this heated exchange between Kohli and Karthik also went viral on social media as soon as it was shared by a user on X (formerly Twitter).

Speaking of the action of the game between RCB and DC, the visiting skipper Axar Patel won the toss and asked RCB to bat first. Batting first, the hosts posted a total of 163 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Phil Salt and Tim David scored 37 runs each off just 17 and 20 balls, alongside Virat Kohli’s 22 runs off 12 balls, with one four and two sixes.
Vipraj Nigam and Kuldeep Yadav scalped 2 wickets each, alongside a wicket each picked by Mukesh Kumar and Mohit Sharma.
While chasing the target, Delhi Capitals comfortably crossed the line in 17.5 overs, scoring 169 runs for the loss of 4 wickets and winning the game by 6 wickets. The veteran wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul played an unbeaten match-winning knock of 93 runs off just 53 balls, with seven fours and six sixes, alongside Tristan Stubbs’s 38 runs off 23 balls, with 4 fours and a six.
KL Rahul also won the Player of the Match award for his decisive knock, which helped Delhi continue their unbeaten winning run in the tournament.
