Former Mumbai Indians skipper and batting stalwart Rohit Sharma is famously known for his on-field and off-field antics, which leave fans in stitches most of the time. A similar kind of instance happened during MI’s last game of the league campaign, against Punjab Kings. The game was played at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur.
After the end of the game between MI and PBKS, Rohit was seen mimicking the walking style of his long-time domestic teammate and PBKS skipper, Shreyas Iyer. It happened when Iyer was approaching Rohit to meet him, and the latter couldn’t stop himself from imitating the PBKS skipper’s walk before hugging him to showcase a ‘brotherly love.’
The video of Rohit Sharma imitating Shreyas Iyer’s walk, followed by hugging the latter, also went viral on social media as soon as MI shared it on their official X handle (formerly Twitter).
‘Shana Ro,’ read the caption of the video post shared by Mumbai Indians on X.
