India skipper Rohit Sharma played a brilliant knock of 76 runs off 83 balls, with seven fours and three sixes, against New Zealand in the ongoing Champions Trophy 2025 Final. However, skipper Sharma was dismissed in a very unfortunate ‘stump’ after getting trapped by the Kiwi all-rounder Rachin Ravindra in his spin web.
Rohit also looked very disappointed with his shot selection while walking back to the pavilion after getting stumped out. He was seen shaking his head in a sense of disbelief and disappointment.

Speaking of the action of the game, India have scored 203 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 42 overs, having KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya there in the middle, with individual scores of 13 and 0 runs, respectively. Earlier in the innings, Shreyas Iyer scored a crucial 48 runs, with two fours and two sixes, following Shubman Gill’s 31 runs.
