From 173 runs for the loss of 3 wickets to 174 runs for the loss of 6 wickets, RCB faced a drastic collapse against SRH in the 65th game of the ongoing IPL 2025. The hosts were looking comfortable chasing the big target of 232 runs, but it was not possible due to a horrific collapse of their middle and lower batting order.
Besides that, what attracted the headlines was the dismissal of star RCB all-rounder Krunal Pandya, who seemed to damage his side. Pandya was dismissed in an unexpected and unbelievable ‘hit wicket’ dismissal in the 19th over of the second innings, when his side needed him the most.
The video of Krunal Pandya’s bizarre dismissal off Pat Cummins also went viral on social media as soon as it was shared by a user on X (formerly Twitter).
