The things took an ugly turn in the GT vs DC game when the star pacer Ishant Sharma got involved in a heated exchange with the DC batter Ashutosh Sharma. The moment came on the last ball of the 19th over. It all started when Ishant Sharma bowled a short ball, and Ashutosh opted to walk down the crease.

However, Ashutosh failed to reach the ball, and it went above his head, followed by the umpire’s decision of a ‘wide ball’. Subsequently, Ishant Sharma looked quite unhappy with the actions of Ashutosh, and he pointed a finger towards him while saying something in a heated verbal exchange.
