Star India all-rounder Hardik Pandya looked very frustrated over the young pacer Harshit Rana after the latter dropped a catch of Pakistan skipper Mohammad Rizwan in the ongoing India vs Pakistan clash. The moment came on the last ball of the 33rd over when Hardik was bowling to Rizwan in the first innings.

Hardik Pandya bowled a slower one into the pitch forcing Rizwan to generate a pace for himself in his shot. The Pakistan skipper happened to loft it into the air which went to the wide long-on region towards Harshit Rana, who ran back in his effort but couldn’t execute this catch successfully to dismiss Rizwan.

Subsequently, Pandya didn’t look very happy with Rana’s effort, the video of the star all-rounder reacting to Harshit Rana’s ‘dropped chance’ is also making rounds on social media as soon as it was shared by a user on X (formerly Twitter).

However, Rizwan couldn’t capitalize on the life given by Rana’s drop as he was dismissed on the second ball of the next over by Axar Patel. With Rizwan’s dismissal, his 104-run partnership with Saud Shakeel for the third wicket also ended, giving a sigh of relief for India in the game.

Speaking of the current action of the game, the Men in Green have scored 170 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 38 overs, with vice-captain Salman Agha and all-rounder Khushdil Shah there in the middle. Agha and Khushdil have scored 8 and 2 runs, respectively.

Earlier in the innings, Saud Shakeel went back to the pavilion, scoring 62 runs off 76 balls, with five fours following skipper Rizwan’s 46 runs off 77 balls, with three fours.

Star all-rounder Hardik Pandya has scalped 2 wickets at just 35 runs in his eight overs for India in the first innings. Besides him, Axar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja have also bagged a wicket each.
