Emotions were pouring out in the stands of the Wankhede Stadium when the young CSK debutant Ayush Mhatre was hitting the ball hard against the Mumbai Indians on his IPL debut. Mhatre’s short but blistering knock of 32 runs off just 32 balls, with 4 fours and two sixes, left his little cousin emotional in tears, who was witnessing this moment from the stands.
Notably, the talented Mumbai teenager came to bat at number three for CSK on his IPL debut. The video of Mhatre’s cousin breaking down in tears in the stands also went viral on social media as soon as Chennai Super Kings shared it on their official X handle (formerly Twitter).

Speaking of the current action of the game between MI and CSK, the hosts MI have scored 65 runs for the loss of 1 wicket in 7 overs as the debutant Ayush Mhatre just took a brilliant catch at the boundary line to dismiss Ryan Rickelton on the fourth ball of the over.
