WATCH: Ben Stokes and Chris Woakes take out time to play golf in Pakistan ahead of Test series

Before the commencement of the 1st Test match, the England red-ball skipper Ben Stokes and bowler Chris Woakes were enjoying playing golf in Pakistan.

The English cricket team have travelled to Pakistan to play a 3-match Test series starting on October 7. Moreover, before the commencement of the 1st Test match, the England red-ball skipper Ben Stokes and bowler Chris Woakes were seen enjoying playing golf in Pakistan. There is an injury scare going around the England team as skipper Stokes is set to miss out on the 1st Test match as he is still recovering from a hamstring injury.Β 

Moreover, Woakes will be a part of the team if Stokes misses out, and Ollie Pope will lead the team in the 1st game. Apart from that, England have taken their best team to Pakistan as they know the seriousness of this series. England are still in the race for the WTC Finals, and if they win this series, they'll have a high chance of qualifying.Β

Shan Masood to lead Pakistan ahead of Test series vs England

Pakistan's team is set to play the 3-match Test series against England, and Shan Masood will lead the team. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have announced the squad and there are no such changes in the squad. However, Saud Shakeel is the team's vice-captain. Pakistan is already out of the WTC finals qualification race, but they'll have to play for their pride now after a disappointing loss against Bangladesh in their own backyard.Β
