Pakistan's team is going through a hard time now after Babar Azam resigned from white-ball captaincy. The turmoil isn't finding an end, considering the chaos that is happening in the team. Keeping the team's internal crisis aside, Pakistan's red-ball head coach, Jason Gillespie, spoke about the fitness level of the players and mentioned that the Board is likely to reconsider the selection of players who aren't fit. As per the coach, Pakistan have some good players, but they aren't able to be consistent, which is hampering their performance.

"We can't afford to have players in international cricket who are not fit or strong enough to negotiate the rigours of the game. What I've learned from the Bangladesh series is that we've got some wonderful players, but we need to be more consistent. We've got the skills but we need to keep fine-tuning them," said Jason Gillespie.

After Pakistan's defeat from Bangladesh, the team has received a lot of criticism for their home series failure. The Men in Green have lost their dominance in the cricket field for several reasons, the first being the fitness level of the team. Players aren't taking good care of their physical health and, hence, end up losing a lot of games in the process.
