Pakistan spinner Abrar Ahmed grabbed headlines with his celebration that reminded the fans of pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi. The incident happened during the first ball of the 8th over when Khurram Shahzad bowled to Zakir Hasan.

The Bangladeshi opener tried to play a flick of his legs only for Abrar Ahmed to take an easy catch and put up with his arms wide like Shaheen Afridi. It is to be noted that Shaheen Afridi was rested for the game and Abrar Ahmed came into the team.

Khurram Shahzad destroyed the Bangladeshi batting unit as the visitors lost 6 wickets before lunch. Pakistan were bowled out for 274 on the 2nd day as Mehidy Hasan Miraz picked a fifer. Bangladesh ended the day at 10/0 from two overs that were bowled.

Bangladeshi pacer Taskin Ahmed who is playing Test cricket after a year addressed the media. The right-arm pacer said, "I am working on different things like I am playing for a long time and have to adapt in a different format and that is my duty as an experienced and senior bowler.”

“That wicket of Abdullah Shafique wicket was really enjoyable for me wicket first I set him with away ones while the last one I bring one in and that happened and that was intentional and that's why I am really happy about this wicket. You know sometimes I won't get wickets but the process has to be the same. Still, I am learning and played for almost ten years so that's how I learned,” further said Taskin Ahmed.
