The former WWE Superstar revealed how he and Kohli met each other and praised the Indian Cricketer.

Khali recently appeared in an interview with Sports Yaari, where he was asked about the Indian cricketer. The former world champion claimed that the entire country loves Virat and added he unexpectedly met him. Khali said he was staying in the same hotel as the Indian team. Khali added he obliged when Virat asked him for a picture together.

"Entire country loves him. We met unexpectedly, I had gone to Sri Lanka & the hotel I was staying at was the same one where the entire Indian team was staying. I was sitting in the restaurant & the whole team walked in. Virat said, 'Shall we click a photo?' I said, 'Of course, of course'," said the Great Khali in the interview.

Khali added that it was their first-ever meet and their photo went viral. He regarded Virat as a great sportsman and felt proud of him playing for the Indian Team.

"That was the first time we met, we clicked a photo & that photo went really viral. I posted it many times & fans also shared it a lot. He is a very good sportsman, a good player and it feels really nice and proud when someone plays for our country," Khali added.
