Finally, the struggle ended for Team India as they were stuck in Barbados due to Hurricane Beryl's landing on June 30th. Now, they are returning to Delhi on July 4 and will reach by 6 AM in the morning. After coming to Delhi, they will meet PM Narendra Modi at the Rastiyapati Bhavan.

The entire team was stranded in Barbados when the BCCI Secretary Jay Shah came to the rescue. A special Air India chattered flight was sent to Barbados to pick up the players along with some Indian journalists who were also there in Barbados. While the flight was delayed due to bad weather, the players will be returning home after a wait of four days.

The entire country is eagerly waiting to meet their star players, and hence, a roadshow has been arranged for the Indian team in Mumbai. After completing their meet-up with the honorary PM, the players will travel to Mumbai for a roadshow with the trophy on June 5.
