Pakistan's successful keeper-batter, Rashid Latif has had a wonderful career as a player. The cricketer-turned-commentator is one of the best commentators in Pakistan who keeps track of all the tournaments which are happening all around the world. Moreover, Latif is fond of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and also thinks that the market is quite huge when it comes to IPL. In a recent interview with CricTracker, he opined about his views on the debate between IPL and PSL.

"IPL versus PSL is not even a debate. If someone is thinking of as a Pakistani, then it is fine. But to analyse what is bigger and better, PSL still needs to grow. Maybe our [India and Pakistan’s] Boards do not understand that both the teams’ fans would love to watch Pakistan players play in India. The IPL’s market is already very big; what has been missing for the last 15 years is only Pakistan cricketers," Latif was quoted as saying to CricTracker.

Latif also believes that the internal issues between the two countries have benefitted the ICC in so many ways. Moreover, as per the commentator, if the Pakistani players take part in the IPL, the tournament will become huge, even bigger than the T20 World Cup.
