The fourth day of the 1st Test match between India and Bangladesh has started, however, it seems that the visitors are in a hurry to finish the match as they were seen throwing their wickets pretty casually. Bangladesh skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto and the team's most experienced player, Shakib Al Hasan, tried to take the game as deep as possible but Shakib couldn't bat for long. However, at the start of day 4, Mohammed Siraj and Shanto were seen having a heated conversation. This incident took place after Shanto hit a boundary of Siraj in the 45th over.

Wicketless Siraj couldn't contain his calmness and started throwing words at the skipper. A few overs later, the same thing happened when Shanto wasn't able to touch the ball. After the ball, Siraj came and gestured for the batter to touch the ball. The captain didn't lose his calm in both situations and led from the front, scoring 82 runs. However, he ended up throwing his wicket after playing a flawless innings.

After Shakib's wicket, Litton Das walked in with a lot of confidence and enthusiasm, and got out after scoring just 1 run, thanks to Rohit Sharma's sharp catch at the first slip.

Even when I was not scoring runs, I always thought I made the right call: Shubman Gill

One of the centurions of the first Test match, Shubman Gill, has spoken about his position in the team and how comfortable he's with that. The 25-year-old opened up about his decision to play at No. 3 as he's able to play both spin and pace bowling. He spoke about his conversations with Rishabh Pant and mentioned that they don't talk about cricket much while they are in the middle.

"Even when I was not scoring runs, I always thought I made the right call (to move to No.3), it was never about the number, it was just about my own performance. It was more about me being able to play both the roles - playing spin and pace. In the India A and Ranji Trophy matches that I played, I did bat at No. 5, No.4 and No. 3 as well and I did score some runs there," said Shubman Gill.
