India's former legendary pacer Zaheer Khan has revealed his 'Fab Four' in the bowling category and named two Indian bowlers. As per Zaheer, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami are a must in his category as they have done a lot for the team. Shami's comeback after injury in the ODI World Cup 2023 and Bumrah's performance in T20 World Cup 2024 was just exceptional. The cricket fraternity is amazed by their performance, and they have received much-needed appreciation from everyone.
"India have been performing exceptionally well and have been part of two World Test Championship finals. India have done well consistently in all conditions. So, I would surely pick Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami in my Fab Four. Apart from them, it would be Kagiso Rabada and Josh Hazlewood. Pat Cummins is also one of the contenders. These are the four or five bowlers who have made an impact in Test cricket consistently," said Zaheer Khan.
Zaheer also mentioned that he would choose South Africa's Kagiso Rabada and Australia's Josh Hazelwood as the other two players since they are exceptional in their field. Both the players have improved themselves and taken their teams to great heights which is a great thing. Both the pacers have performed in each category of the game.
India vs Bangladesh 2nd Test match in danger
On day two of the 2nd Test match, due to persistent rain, the game was called off by the umpires, and the Indian team returned back to the hotel. The first-day game continued up to 35 overs but couldn't be continued due to rain. Bangladesh scored 107 runs on day 1 and lost 3 wickets. Both the teams will be hoping that the rain don't spoil the game on Day 3.
Conversely, India will be waiting to complete the game and move towards the upcoming assignments. After the Test series, they will play a 3-match T20I series against Bangladesh and then will play another Test series which will be against New Zealand. However, the main challenge will arrive in the month of November when India will travel to Australia to play the 5-match Test series.
