Heinrich Klaasen felt that a cricket must watch an IPL game in India at least once in their lifetime. The South African claimed that experiencing the enormity of a player like MS Dhoni walking out to bat is incredible. He said that one might not even be able to hear themselves and put fingers in their ears to contain themselves.

The star player showed up at the Sas Du Plessis Show and was asked about the IPL. That's when he noted the experience of playing and watching an IPL match, which he recommended for every cricket fan. He then noted the enormity of the reception for a highly popular player like Dhoni.

"If you are really a cricket fan, you need to go and watch an IPL game. If you see one guy walk out, you can just know exactly who it is. If MS Dhoni walks out, you almost have to put fingers in your ears. You can't even hear yourself. It's difficult to explain," Klaasen said in the podcast.

"The impact he has on the opposition players is just incredible," - Joe Root on MS Dhoni

Notably, even Joe Root talked about something similar in a podcast on The Howie Games recently. The English player said that one would feel as if the ground and the floor are bouncing when Dhoni walks out to bat. He felt that such an experience could be daunting for the opposition.

During the IPL, when MS Dhoni walks out to bat, you actually get the feeling that the ground is bouncing, it's vibrating. The floor is vibrating. A sea of yellow chanting his name. The impact he has on the opposition players is just incredible. What an experience that was," Root said.
