The Australians can go to the semi-finals of the Champions Trophy after scripting history with the greatest chase ever recorded. They will play South Africa in the seventh match of Champions Trophy 2025. On February 25, the game is set to take place at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. After a convincing victory against England in the first game of the campaign, Australia moves on to play South Africa. Josh Inglis, with his undefeated 120, was the hero after a strong 352-run chase that saw England defeated by 5 wickets.

Additionally, South Africa trounced Afghanistan in their opening match, defeating them by an overwhelming 107 runs. In the game, Ryan Rickelton scored a lot of runs, but Kagiso Rabada was the best bowler. Because of this, the Proteas are also aiming for their semi-final ticket. It seems like a high-stakes competition because both teams are aiming for the same goal.

In the first game against England, leg spinner Adam Zampa claimed two wickets. The English appeared to have a good chance of reaching 400, but the 32-year-old got two vital wickets in the middle overs to stop them. He has taken 14 wickets in his past 10 games going into the game, and we won't let that stop him from adding to that total.

2. Marco Jansen

In Karachi, South Africa defeated Afghanistan by 107 runs, with Marco Jansen being their most economical bowler. The 6-foot-9 pacer will be essential to his team's chances of beating the Australians since he makes good use of his height to create bounce in the pitches. In September 2023, against Australia, the 24-year-old left-armer produced his finest bowling performances in ODIs.

1. Kagiso Rabada

The star pacer in the South African bowling attack is Kagiso Rabada. He has a strong rhythm going and has taken three wickets in the opening game. Kagiso Rabada is well known for his consistent bowling skills, and in the most recent game, he demonstrated that ability. Playing in 104 ODI matches Kagiso Rabada picked 165 wickets for South Africa.
