Virat Kohli made his international debut against Sri Lanka in an ODI on August 18, 2008. Since then, Virat has won the ODI World Cup in 2011, the Champions Trophy in 2013 and 2025, and the T20 World Cup in 2024. Virat was the Player of the Tournament in the T20 World Cup in 2014 and 2016, and in the ODI World Cup in 2023.
Kohli's first major achievement in cricket was winning the ODI World Cup in 2011 at the age of just 22. Two years later, he helped India win the Champions Trophy in 2013. A year later, in 2014, Virat claimed one of his major accolades by winning the Player of the Tournament Award in the T20 World Cup 2014.

Two years later, Virat pulled off the magic yet again by winning the Player of the Tournament Award in the T20 World Cup 2016. In the same year, he had an astonishing IPL 2016 by winning the Orange Cap and winning the POTT Award after scoring a whopping 973 runs in 16 matches.
