In the WWE industry, John Cena is one of the most talented wrestlers and is a megastar. John Cena is not just a well-known Hollywood actor and WWE celebrity, but he is also a rapper. In actuality, his failing career was salvaged by his rapper persona in WWE, The Doctor of Thugonomics. John Cena was given the chance to revamp his in-ring persona when Stephanie McMahon discovered his latent ability.
John Cena himself rapped two of his WWE theme songs: Word Life and My Time Is Now. My Time Is Now, his most famous entrance theme was published in 2005. The audience would erupt in thunderous applause each time John Cena entered the ring and his music began. Both John Cena and Shaquille O’Neal sang the theme song in the car.
John Cena was spotted rapping his theme tune with NBA star Shaquille O'Neal in an episode of Carpool Karaoke. Shaq was driving as Cena, in the passenger seat, spat rhymes with a sharp mind. Shaquille, on the other hand, contributed by including lyric fillers.

Meanwhile, John Cena shared on Twitter how happy he was to be working on the episode alongside one of the NBA's all-time greats. The sixteen-time World Champion and the NBA icon laughed and made memories while shooting baskets outside and blasting music in the car. John Cena has turned out to be a Hollywood star and since then his appearance in WWE has become less during that year he teamed up with Kevin Owens to fight with The Bloodline. In 2022 John Cena appeared only twice in WWE.
John Cena set to retire from WWE
During that year his path was crossed with Austin's Theory. As of now, John Cena has announced that he will be taking retirement form WWE next year. During the 2024 Money in the Bank, John Cena made a special appearance in the ring and announced his retirement which was a shock to WWE fans. Currently, John Cena and WWE is planning his retirement tour as many superstars are ready to wrestle John Cena one last time.
