When it was revealed earlier this year that LeBron James and Bronny James will soon become the first father-son team to play, creating NBA history. The announcement came after the rookie was chosen by the Los Angeles Lakers with the No. 55 selection in the second round of the June NBA draft.
According to NBA.com, Los Angeles Lakers tandem officially entered their first game together on October 22 (US time) with four minutes remaining in the second quarter. The historic debut immediately sparked thunderous cheers and a frenzy among the home audience, who were waiting for the moment to come true.
Joined his father, LeBron James, who had already kicked off his first 13 minutes of the game before his son, Bronny James onto the court. On his X/Twitter page, "King James" posted a humorous video of a parent in a Nike commercial seemingly playing a prank on his rookie son just hours before the NBA power father-son duo on the floor.

As Bronny James leaves the scene after witnessing his baby emerge, the footage shows the famed NBA player loading up his car with cereal. Cereal spills over the driveway from the 20-year-old player's loaded vehicle as soon as he unlocks the door. LeBron insists that Bronny clean up the mess that his dad made as a result of his prank, but not before yanking his son's leg. He does this while sporting a mischievous look. LeBron yells, "Hey Rook, you better not be late."

They watched the Lakers' season opening versus the Minnesota Timberwolves from courtside at the Crypto.com Arena in California. During pregame warmups, the two father-son pairings happened to cross paths, and their shared clicks immediately went viral.
