WATCH: Caitlin Clark makes fun of Angel Reese during the arrival of WNBA All-Star

The 2024 WBNA All-Star Game will have the two most rising stars of the WBNA league Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese play in the same team which will face the Women’s USA team ahead of the Paris Olympics 2024. Both Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark are playing their rookie season and are showing great performance during the match. They have won fans' hearts with their performances. Meanwhile, there is also some rivalry between them. But they are still ready to play in the WNBA All-Star game for the first team.

Both players are currently the most talked about in the league. They both have the ability to score points and has ability to score from a distance. For Indianan Fever Caitlin Clark has been doing great and Angel Reese has been one of the best players for Chicago Sky and is the favourite to win the WNBA Rookie of the Year award. 

According to Pink Villa, Clark praised Reese profusely at the All-Star orange carpet arrivals, calling her "Chi-Town Barbie" and showing delight about playing with her. "I'm quite thrilled. It's awesome. Enjoy it, I suppose. It's not often that there are two rookies in the All-Star Game,” Clark remarked.

The supporters are obviously quite enthusiastic about it. “Simply put, I think it's excellent for the W[NBA]. It will be a lot of fun because, well, she's having an amazing year. She will most likely grab the most rebounds throughout the game. I anticipate that from her. She simply does it, you know," she went on to say. 

While Caitlin Clark couldn’t control herself from taking a dig at her he said, "She's probably going to lead the game in rebounds." Even though it was said with jest, Reese's admirers found that this comment touched on a delicate matter. Reese's record-breaking run of double-doubles had generated debate; some claimed that she had inflated her numbers in order to continue the streak.

Both Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese value one another

Despite Clark's playful comment, it's clear that the two rookies value one another. The WNBA's competition is heightened by the players' on-court rivalry, which they both view as a testimonial to each other's talents and contributions to the league.



While some Angel Reese fans may have cringed at Clark's statement regarding Reese's rebounding abilities, it also underscored the high expectations that both players face. What will finally lead to success is their commitment to the game and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
