LeBron James credits his wife Savannah James behind his legendary Basketball status

LeBron James rceently praised his wife Savannah James and claimed her to be the sole reason behind him being the star he was. The veteran claimed that his wife allowing him to do pursue his career ensured that he could become a legendary player. The Olympic Gold Medalist felt none would have done what she did for him. 

In a recent interview, LeBron James was asked about his journey in the NBA. The star player credited his wife for his legacy in the league and in Basketball as a sport in general. "Savannah has allowed me to basically be as great as I wanted to be with my career and my journey," said LeBron.

The LA Lakers star added that his wife knew he wanted to become a Basketball GOAT. He said his wife allowed him to follow his passion by taking care of the house. LeBron felt he might have never got somebody like his wife who would have pushed him to pursue greater things in life.

"She knew I wanted to be the greatest of all time. And Savannah allowed me to do that by basically saying, I got this at the house, don’t worry about it, I got it. I don’t see anybody else that would allow me to do that. I don’t see any other partner or best friend that would allow me to do that," added LeBron James.

Savannah was recently in attendance when LeBron became the first player to score over 40000 career points in the NBA history. She claimed to be happy for her husband and was grateful to witness the incredible moment.

"To be there and experience that with him and to kind of have an understanding of the names below him and how this is really a historic moment, like, happening in front of me, I was just, my heart was full, like, I was just super happy for him. And, I mean, I couldn’t believe it, but I could believe it," said Savannah.
