Donald Trump is not a favourite of Mark Cuban's. The minority owner of the Dallas Mavericks chastised the former US president for his politicized behaviour and the division he has introduced into the national landscape.

On Tuesday, the 66-year-old billionaire and TV personality discussed this when he appeared on The Daily Show. Among other things, he talked about Trump's autocratic leadership style with host Jon Stewart. Cuban emphasized the previous president's propensity for being set in his ways and demanding that things be done his way or the highway.

According to Sportskeeda, "Yeah, this is my country, right? Everybody else is bad. Donald is good... I mean, he just brought hate and anger to politics, and that is his sales pitch."Donald is a sales rep. He's a salesperson. He's going to follow what works, and whatever -- he's going to try all kinds of different things. He's going to talk to all kinds of different people. And he'll try things out, and if it works, he's going to do more of it."

Trump is running for president again in the November elections after a contentious first term as US president from 2017 to 2021. After President Joe Biden chose not to run for reelection, he will face Kamala Harris, the presumed Democratic nominee and the current vice president. Even though his position with the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA has evolved, Mark Cuban is still very enthusiastic about both his engagement in the league and politics.

Luka Doncic had an incredible season with the Dallas Mavericks

The longstanding Mavericks owner sold the bulk of the team to the Adelson family, who control the largest share in the Las Vegas Sands casino network, for around $3.5 billion last year. The Mavericks, who are currently headed on the court by Slovenian sensation Luka Doncic, had an incredible season last year and made it to the NBA Finals for the first time since their championship season. But they lost five games to the Boston Celtics.
