New York Knicks will be without Bojan Bogdanovic for the remainder of the season. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Bogdanović will miss the remainder of New York Knicks postseason run due to foot and wrist operations. Tuesday, New York Knicks did not reveal the extent of Bogdanovic's injury or when he will have surgery. They stated that he will be reviewed again in three months.

Bojan Bogdanovic played less than a minute in New York Knicks Game 4 victory against the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday. He jumped for a loose ball nearly soon after entering the game, and his left foot hooked up with 76ers player Nicolas Batum as they both crashed to the ground. After writhing around in pain at the free throw line, Bogdanović staggered off the floor and headed straight to the locker room.

For several weeks, Bogdanović has been playing despite a left wrist injury. In the first-round playoff series between New York Knicks and the 76ers, he has averaged six points and three rebounds.

Bojan Bogdanovic has been key for New York Knicks

Earlier this season, at the trade deadline, the 35-year-old was traded to the Knicks from the Detroit Pistons. Since he arrived in New York, he has been an invaluable member of the Knicks' bench. He averages 10.4 points and two rebounds in roughly 20 minutes per game. Bogdanović is nearing the end of his two-year, $39 million contract with the Pistons.

Bogdanović was previously declared ineligible for Philadelphia 76ers Game 5 on Tuesday. When they play the Philadelphia 76ers at Madison Square Garden, the Knicks lead the series 3-1. The Knicks will make it into the Eastern Conference playoffs for the second consecutive year if they triumph. In the following round, the series winner will play the Indiana Pacers or Milwaukee Bucks. As they prepare for their Game 5 battle on Tuesday night, Indiana Pacers lead that series 3-1.
